Redmi’s New 300W Charger Release – More Surprises From Redmi
Redmi Smartphone company has done it again with the launch of the new 300W charger. The smartphone company has come up with yet another epic fast 300w charger to be introduced soon for its smartphones to break their previous record. The popular smartphone company through a blog demonstrated how their new 300w charger is able to boost your device from zero percent to a full charge in 5 mins.
This is crazy fast and the smartphone company has managed to beat its previous record of the 240W charger which was able to charge a Redmi smartphone from Zero per cent to 100% in about 9minutes.
The 300w Charger Demo
In the demonstration done by Android Authority Website, you see how the new 300W charger from Redmi charges the smartphone device from 0% to 50% in 2 minutes and takes 5 minutes to fully charge the smartphone to 100%. Although during the process, the charge was only able to deliver 290W of power, which is a small difference and it is still powerful enough, and I would love to get my hand on it very soon.
Imagine having a charge like this, you won’t have the hustle of having your phone off for a long time while waiting or it to fully charge. You can just get a socket somewhere, plug it in and be patient for 5 minutes as the battery charges to full strength.
My question is, with this fast rate of charging, are these batteries able to take this amount of what for this short period of time? Has enough testing been done to ensure that this charging speed won’t cause any harm in future, for example, exploding batteries? What are the guarantees that this will work?
Some of these questions have been answered, with the company saying that it has 50 safety Protection items to ensure that the phone provides a fast charge while being safe to those around it. They have also had to make a few adjustments to the battery structure and built to facilitate the change.

In terms of its processor, it runs on a MediaTek dimensity chipset which is powerful. The price of the phone is about 33$.
Other smartphone companies better watch out because Redmi is proving that they are the best in what they do, and they have shown a potential to surprise us even more in the future.
